Dust on the ledge at the head of the bed and under the chairs!!! A more thorough vacuuming would elevate the experience significantly!!! Also, free early check-in and late check-out options would be a great addition!!!

Location is super convenient, just a 3-min walk from the Shinkansen. Room was spacious with a queen bed, a fridge, a flat-screen TV, and a great bathroom layout with a fantastic shower. Fitness center available. The staff were really helpful with baggage forwarding to Tokyo, which made my trip so much easier!
